OK George.....I'm on the treadmill 3X/week until the weather gets less muddy... Grin

I'll have my own "before" and "after" pics in no time!!

Thanks for your support buddy!
Dave

PS I kind of broke my diet this morning when I stole some of Pugsley's breakfast and ate a piece of orange peel that fell on the floor.....I'm still very fast and these things JUST HAPPEN before I realize I'm doing it.
I just CAN'T help myself.  I think I need to go to confession.......

LOL...sounds like a good plan because mud is just so yucky. Also, don't beat yourself up about a small setback...remember your lifestyle change should be a marathon not a sprint  Cheesy

Handsome George! Lola Pug is becoming less active, so I think she might need to start on a reduced diet, as well. George - you will be my inspiration!

Check out George and the other dogs with waists on this blog. I managed to plug Pugalug and plant the suggestion that pugs don't have to be porky.

The first link is to the initial blog entry. The second link features George.

great pictures Jane.  I always measure my guy's food...people think I am being so specific but it makes a difference and you can keep their waistlines under control.  George looks great!

Good looking bunch as always. Pugs don't have to be pudgy, our pugman was when we got him, but we soon trimmed him down and he stayed that way into his old age.
