Bugsy can use your good thoughts ... he'll be getting a bunch of dental work done tomorrow, his teeth were pretty bad apparently (we're trying to weed out all sources of potential issues before we decide that he has true CCD problems).  He got his checkup and bloodwork today and seems to be a go for dental tomorrow morning unless anything strange comes back in the bloodwork.

Good Luck Bugsy.  Hope everything goes well for you as I am sure it will.  Perhaps your Dad can whip up one of those gourmet meals for you tomorrow since you are going to miss breakfast today. We will be thinking of you.

He has been surprisingly good about not getting breakfast ... we snuck Cooper downstairs very early this morning and kept Bugsy distracted and gave Coop his breakfast (otherwise it would have been total chaos).  Bugsy has just gone with the flow ... he came downstairs and went back to sleep in one of the dog beds and hasn't complained (yet).  We're headed out to the vets in a few minutes.

Good luck Bugsy!  We'll be thinking of you and your parents today - especially while we are sitting in the vet for Maggie & Petra's (the cats) yearly checkup.  <place bets on just how overweight they are here>

Sending lots of positive vibes your way.

Bugsy had several teeth removed and is doing well, waking up nicely.  Hopefully get to pick him up at 6PM.

The old man is doing fine tonight.  He was up and chipper leaving the vets under his own power (and barely even wobbly at that).  Was hungry and ate some wet food later this evening without issue (and wanted more! -- but can't have too much tonight).  He wandered around and fussed a bit off and on, but I can't say that I blame him on that front.  He lost about 5-6 teeth (I don't remember the number).  He even went outside to do his business a couple of times.  It was business as usual for him aside from being a bit stoned and not getting fed enough for his liking.  Not his usual ear to ear smiles but again can't blame him there.  He's currently in bed and snuggling with his mom and snoring up a storm.

Very happy and thanks everyone for the good thoughts.  We'll see how he does overnight, but if it keeps up like it is he'll probably snore his way through most of it.

Excellent.  Great news that he's not having the kind of post anaesthetic/bad acid flashback reaction that Sam did.

Indeed.  I was really hoping he would do well with things.  He's almost back to his normal self today already.  He's a trooper!
