It's a hard decision for us  Grin.....Dave and Pugsley just "hate" getting their photos taken!

Dave wants to know if treats are involved??? Also, since he is "only 3/4 pug" he wants to know if he is disqualified??? Wink
Dave's not a mix.  He's a sports model pug with a slightly extended hood.

Hazel wants to know if she has to wear her fake eyes and is she allowed to wear her "Bitches have more fun" shirt.
She is going to have different sections of the book. One section will be One eye and no eye pugs. Amanda would probably be thrilled with the fake eyes.

Amanda will post on the Facebook 1000 pugs page when Toronto is selected. You can post comments, thank yous and questions there (here inbox is flooded with pug people from all over the world about this project)

I think there should definitely be a Senior section of some kind (although Pugsley may be one of only a handful in that Golden, Golden category.

So when we are officially announced, I'll let you know and you can comment on Facebook.
In the meantime, if you have not already done so, go to the 1000 Pugs Facebook page and add your support

May i request that someone keep the pugalug forum updated as to what goes on with Facebook, too, pls?  I'm not on facebook (blocked) and we'd really like to participate.  Might even bath the pugs beforehand and EVERYTHING!

Ditto!
I would certainly appreciate knowing what's happening on the facebook site too!

I definitely will be bathing Mr. Stinky pants Wink  Pugman! before he goes anywhere!
Due to his advanced age, we are now down to needing ap ee break every 4 hrs or
so Sad  When I go to work, he is placed on a pee pad and the reat I'm sure the
imaginations can decipher Sad  Poor old gaffer! We get a wipe down about
2x on work days but it isn't enough to rid him of the smell. It's enough for us
to live with BUT......
Today should be good...... he is doing an Oma Day Care day Smiley

Anyhow, keeps us posted those who are Facebookers Smiley

Most of what gets posted on facebook are the same things we post here, pug updates, when they go up for adoption, etc.  Grace is going to start posting more things to the forums once I find time to show her the ropes here, but just wanted to let you know that the majority of things she posts come from what is posted on our site here.

Not yet. She has done the West and East coast and then Texas. She stopped to work on a project to incorporate the folks who will not have a visit.
She's have a photo contest called Foodie Pugs and asking for people to submit photos of Pugs and Food.

Amanda sent out an email newsletter today announcing the new tour locations. Toronto has been officially named. And she has updated the home page on 1000pugs.com to include the new locations. Facebook has not yet been updated.
The details on how to register will be posted in December. She is doing the photo contest right now.
