Here's the article from the Star:

http://www.thestar.com/news/fixer/article/1068335--the-fixer-stolen-wheelchair-sidelines-disabled-pug?bn=1

A number of people in the comments section have wanted to donate to help replace Roscoe's wheelchair.  I emailed the writer and suggested that donations might go to Canine Wellness who originally fitted Roscoe.  I'm sure Tania Costa of Canine Wellness would happily set up an account for Roscoe.

Chin up Roscoe! Good things will come of this Smiley

I just got an email from a fellow pug owner/lover who is willing to donate her Eddie's Wheels cart to Roscoe as she no longer has a need of it.  I've put her in touch with Tania at Canine Wellness.

Would that be Mabel's chair?

No, we donated Mabel's cart to CWC ages ago and it is already in use with another dog, I believe.

Wow! That is such a nice gesture!

Roscoe will be a very happy pugboy again!

I know Pugsley hates being left out of stuff even now at his somewhat advanced age Smiley  Bubs could care less and Abi is just plain needy LOL!

So I'm sure Roscoe would luv to take up his walks again!

We will have to see if the cart is big enough to be fitted for Roscoe.  Proper fitting is essential as you can do real damage to a dog if the cart isn't appropriately fitted.  And the small carts can't be retro-fitted to a bigger dog.
