Can anyone suggest something to help wee Kaia with a hard, crusty build-up on her nose? It doesn't look very pleasant and I'm sure it's not very comfortable either. Thanks in advance.

Prick the end of a Vitamin E capsule with a pin and gently rub on the nose.  Leave for half an hour and gently rub with a tissue.  Repeat as needed.

Bag balm is fantastic too. You can find it at most pet food stores.

Bag Balm rocks!  But Vitamin E works too.

I also use Vit E for crusties.

I prick a gel cap and squirt it on the nose and fold area. Let sit for a bit and with a warm terry cloth facecloth, wipe the nose and folds.

After I use Vit E as a moisterizer. Prick the end and put a very small amt on the nose and rub gently!

A push pin works really well and the gel caps self heal so you dont have to use the Vit E all at once.

I use Vitamin E gel caps too, but also have snout soother for the winter.  Sully loves the taste of it and occupies some time trying to lick it off. Since Sully is a drama king and thinks anything is going to kill him, I put some on the back of my hand I am not using to apply, he falls for it and licks it while I use the other to put on his nose.
