This isn't really a food/nutrition/treat thing, but loosely fits in that category. Seems that the poop eating dogs were onto something, but I think I'll pass..... They have a project where they purify sewage for bottled water too (which is actually not quite as bad as at least the water is certified 100% H2O -- which is done literally at the molecular level, the tech behind it is pretty awesome and insanely simple). I've actually tried the water and it was fine ... I think I'll pass on the burgers though thanks

So I guess that this goes to show that you can have your meat and poop it too, over and over again. If we can send people to far away planets and turn poop back into meat then just maybe we can do some of the other things in the world that would make a huge difference to much of humanity and the other creatures with whom we share the planet. Turning sewage into fresh water might be a good start for all of those souls ( two legged and four legged) on the planet who do not have safe water to drink.

In the Star Trek universe that's where all the "raw matter" comes from for the replicators you know No one on there seems to complain! LOL

Gross is right! I don't eat animal products at all so meat is disgusting to me normally but wow!! But on the good side, no animals were harmed in the making.
