Dawn Hunter had to say goodbye to Wagner yesterday at almost 12 years old.  He was a wonderful pug with lots of heart who lost his battle with cutaneous cancer.  A candle is lit in Quinte for a beloved companion.

So very sorry to hear about the loss of Wagner and condolences to his family. Wondering Hilary if he is related to Deb's Teddy and Phoebe? Hope the memories of Wagner will be comforting to Dawn as he makes his way to the Bridge where lots of Pug pals wait to greet him. Another candle is lit in Quinte to guide Wagner's way. Be healed and run free Wagner.

I am so sorry to hear about the loss of Wagner.  We had the privlage of first meeting this lovely big boy many years ago with Dawn and her lovely pack.  After talking to Dawn about pugs my mind was made up. She introduced us to 'Solna' pugs too.  My heart goes out to Dawn and her family.

I don't know, Joanne.  I tried unsuccessfully to find out on the internet yesterday because if he is related to Teddy, he's related to my Denver as they are littermates.  It's quite possible.  He was in the G litter (Going My Way) and Teddy and Denver were in the O litter (Opus and Odin respectively).  Maybe Jeanne knows.

The G litter was out of Emily.  The O litter was out of Faith.  Faith was out of Gloria who was 1/2 sister to Emily.  Charlotte (12 - mother of Phoebe and Patty) is the F litter out of Gloria.  Clear as mud?
