Sigh.  Yep I caved last week and got permission to keep her, but kept it secret so I could make Fathers Day special for Bryan.  I bought Tina's dog license and put the tag and the adoption papers in the Fathers Day card she gave him.  He was pretty happy!

Now I can announce that she and I went to agility class last week (first of 4 weeks) and she was a star.  Her boyfriend, Archie, told us about it so she gets to see him there too.  She's really good at come, sit, stay and the equipment (jumps, tire, A-frame and "dog walk") but steadfastly refuses "down".  Of course she will only obey if there are bits of apple involved.  She's not so great with "come" at home - LOL.  Deb and I are trying to figure out how to make a cheap agility course in my backyard.  In the meantime, Archie and his siblings were over visiting yesterday;Archie and Tina (and Denver and Fiona-Molly) went swimming in the pug pool.  Oh, it's a tough life!

Unfortunately today I noticed a cloudiness in her right eye and a "pock mark" so I got her into the vet and they diagnosed a superficial corneal ulcer.  Three different types of eye meds at a total of 12 different times a day for the next couple of weeks.  Sigh.  Fortunately she doesn't make a fuss about eye drops.

had to post now that my puter is back up and running Smiley

Congrats to Tina and her new family!!
Tina you have found a safe and "soft pillow" to plunk on Grin

Don't understand the comment on the agility course your new momma wants make??
You did inherit a "park" with this new family!!
I think over by the willow tree and maybe just to the left of it, would be a nice
spot. That is, unless your new family has additions that I'm not aware of Wink
But the last time, this was a pretty free spot!!

Anyhow, congrats to Bryan, Hilary and the gang on Tina's adoption!
