A candle is lit for her. She and Jake, both got to experience the way their whole lives should have been. That is thanks to you and all the people that took part in their journey. Thank-you for that and for letting her go, when the time was right.

Hilary, our thoughts are with you for the loss of Betsy, but I can't help but think that she had the happiest 200 weeks of her life because of the kind acts of those who got her to you and your kindness and love.  I hope that you can find solace in knowing that her life with you was the best.

A candle is lit in our house for Betsy.

Hilary I am just reading of Betsy's journey to the Bridge now. No Pug could have been more loved. We know that miracles do happen but they are often made possible by people who dare to show great love and courage. And that's what happened when Betsy and Jake came to you and Bryan. Your hearts must be breaking but you acted in Betsy's highest good. She's running free with Jake and all of her other Pug friends at the Bridge now but the day will come when she will turn and wait to greet you again. A candle is lit here tonight for Betsy.
