was last Saturday and we weren't even home for him - no wonder he's grumpy sometimes. However, his pet-sitter did drag him all around the kitchen floor on a rug so he could have "a ride" (picture the other pugs following like in a parade - LOL). Happy Gotcha, old man. I remember well the day we picked you up at Kim's and you would have nothing to do with me. Only Daddy got to touch you and you recoiled if I tried. Now, you big softie, in Big Bed you wait expectantly for me to signal that you can come over and snuggle your backside into my underarm where you stay all night long. No question that you rule the roost (unless you upset Betsy). I love you, and will miss you one of these days. In the meantime, we'll "carpe diem" together.
