YAY for Sully.  When I fed kibble to any dog with weight issues--I usually kept it to 1/4 cup and then I could be more liberal with treats.  Your fresh vegs and fruit are fine treats, Pam.  I'm careful with some of the berries as I have had a dog allergic to strawberries, but so far, no issues with other fruit and veg.  Just watch the sugar content in some of them as that can add weight.

It really is calories in/calories out.  I have to reduce everyone's intake in the winter as they just don't get as much exercise.  And I take Tank in to get weighed regularly as he can pack on the weight easily and I don't always notice it.

In dog training, "jerk" is a noun, not a verb.
