No surprise, her incision is HUGE.  But she seems to be coping well.

I just posted an update on her page, her adoption is now set as pending.  I also merged all of the other Posie update threads so that all of the information is contained in this thread.

Her incision is still a bit bloody. But it's in a location that must get stretched every time she walks. Which she is very happy to do. No apparent discomfort. The staples are supposed to come out Thursday, but I wouldn't be surprised it the vet wants them in a bit longer. It's a very large wound.

Her potential adopter has been waiting patiently and still interested in her throughout her surgeries. Once we find out about the eyelashes we can make a desicison about her future.

The staples are out. Still a red edge to treat with hydrogen peroxide. Now to make the appointment for the eyes.

This evening Miss 3-surgeries-in-5 weeks was picked up by her new owner. She will be joining an older brother and same-ge sister. When her new owner arrived to pick her up,Rosie tentatively sniffed her and her boots, remembering the smells from her visit.
While Posieawas little leery about leaving her home of 2 and a half months, I'm sure it won't take her long to settle into this wonderful loving home.
Her Happy Tail and pictures of her new brother and sister will follow.
Congratulations Posie. It was a very rough time for you medically in rescue.

So happy that Miss Posie has found forever. She sure is a little trooper. Hope she settles in quickly and everyone lives happily ever after. Will look forward to the Happy Tails from her new forever family.

Congratulations to Posie and her new Forever Family!
Will she be close enough that we might get to see her again at the Pugalugs?

She is in the Toronto area and has been invited to join this forum, as all adopters are.

Hearing from her new mom, it sounds like she is settling in nicely. Her new sister is showing her the ropes and who's boss apparently. Funny as the sibling is so much smaller than Posie.
Her new owner is so gratefuly to Pugalug for all that was done for Posie medically and emotionally, and making it possible for her to join her happy pug family.
