The little Miss goes in for blood work on Friday and if it is good, then she'll be ready to go up for adoption--so get out your prayer beads and hope that her blood work is A-OK so she can find forever!

Maisie!  A good score on your test on Friday will help ensure you are "paroled" from the deplorable living situation in which you currently find yourself (as described by you).  Perhaps your forever home will understand and cater to your high standards!!   Smiley

But in all seriousness......best of luck Friday Miss Maisie!

Fortunately, her platelets have remained normal after the transfusion.  It was her PCV that we couldn't get up--but last blood work it was at 32 which is great!  So hoping that this trend continues on Friday and then she'll be ready to go.

I'll miss her.  She's very sweet.  Brenda--who looked after her while I was in Kentucky described her as not having a sense of humour and that is an accurate description.  She's a very prim and proper girl who is easily appalled by the antics of her fellow pugs.  Brenda said that when Buddy and Donnie would get to rough housing, Maisie would look at them in confusion and bafflement and then look at Brenda like "What in the world are they doing?"
