Mr Pippin is now living in St. Catharines under the care of Krysta, her husband Dan and Roxy.  Roxy was quite good with him, but felt that this young whipper snapper needed some guidelines and some rules.

Pippin celebrated arriving at his new home by pooping on the second floor--always a popular house warming gift!

I didn't even cry when I left as he seemed to find all of Roxy's toys very interesting and was especially pleased to have a playmate.

Krysta will surely fill us in on his progress!

All said, it sounds like a pretty uneventful transition to a new life - Pippin's new older sister laying down the rules as older sisters do, the little housewarming present on the second floor just to make his new home feel lived in and his very own. But his foster momma leaving and not crying?!? That's because she knew that Pippin had found what she had been preparing him for with many months of love and care. Perhaps some tears on the way home though. We'll be wanting to hear about Pippin's great adventure and wish everyone well who was involved in getting him there. Wondering what Misses Hazel and Maisie are thinking tonight.

Well, Hazel might miss him, but Maisie didn't like him at all.  He kept trying to get her to play and she's beneath that!

Congratulations to Pippin and his new family! I can't wait to read all about his new adventures.
But what will Blanche do without a puppy in the house?

Blanche will relax and not go to the park as often or play fetch as much.  she will have more room in the bed and will be able to take a bath without anyone drinking the bath water.  She will fill in the holes in her yard.

But she will miss the kisses and the cuddling and the sweet smell of Pippin in the morning.

I am so happy for Roxy getting a little brother.  I can hardly wait to see them at the dog park.

Congrats Roxy, Krysta and family!

You will all have many adventures with Pippin!
Roxy will surely be able to fill her calling of being
a good mentor for Pips Wink

and I'm extremely confident that the Subaru had
a fair share of kleenex droppings by the time  it
returned to  its little spot in the laneway Wink
Congrats and condolences Blanche! another
success story for sure Cheesy
