Whew.  Oscar, slow down, buddy.  Pace yourself.  I'm exhausted watching you.

When I took him out to do 'the deed' yesterday morning, he stood for about 10 seconds and when I took too long to get the shot he had his 'oh screw this' look and lay down.

This is the dog that maintains a heart rate of 70 even when they're drawing blood at the vet!

LOL - love that phrase.  I think all the sibs are the same.  Denver is the placidest (is that a word?) pug I've ever met - first one in bed at night, last one out in the morning and chills pretty much through the day.  The only times he gets excited are when waiting for meals and walkies.  And after both those activities, he needs a nap.

Happy 9th to all! The pictures are very cute and I am all for pacing yourself at a party.

From the descriptions these guys have the pug energy level I thought I was getting but got Maude instead.
