All four dogs are outside, chewing on bully sticks. One of the sticks is lighter coloured than the rest. None of them want that one and they keep stealing each others sticks, while the lighter one just lays there. Why, I wonder? This has been going on for days. I have a few more and I offered them, but they won't even put them in their mouths.

If you find the answer, Tell me. I could save a fortune. I got a recommendation about good bullysticks online. Bought a bunch and none of them measured up for my guys. So I ended up with 50 bullysticks that no one would chew. Nice.
As best I can figure--the knobbier and stinkier, the better.
If anyone on this forum wants some bullysticks and don't think their pugs or other breeds are too high faluttin to try my dogs rejects, let me know and I'll send you some. This is one of the many times I wish they spoke English. I'd love a bit of a rundown on what does and does not make a bullystick acceptable.......

You know Dave loves a good chew and will eat pretty much anything. He thinks everything is edible and is never picky about bully sticks Puglsley also loves to chew but usually Dave steals it from her......so Pugsley requests if you have any left that she would like 1 for Dave and the rest for her.

Since Sully's initial one, I have let him choose them at Ryans. I am the loony mother who holds toys to him and says do you like this one and so on. He generally takes the one he wants in his mouth I have been doing this for the bully's too. I am sure they think I am spun at Ryans. My hubby says I have to do the one in the toy box one out. Both of his toy boxes are overflowing.

I am the git that spends $20.00 on a toy (latest one was a yellow rubber monkey) for her that sits in the box or Nelson ends up playing with because she is afraid of it.

LOL Maude is so funny. I can't buy rubber toys he wants nothing to do with rubber. They all have to be stuffed babies and not big ones, just the right size for his little mouth. These babies are not TOO spoiled.

...if anyone comes across an indestructible baby, can you let me know, pls? Geeg LOVES babies...especially if they squeek. But she's a very rough player and destroys all babies who cross her path. Even Kong Wubbas only last minutes to hours...Geeg is a baby killer! I've tried Kong squuekies and "tough" fabric squeekies and even rubber squeekies...but she kills them all. As well as squeekie dog tennis balls (total fav) and stuffed animals that don't squeek. If anyone's seen or comes across anything out there that's TOUGH, pls let me know!

Jem deserves it, too. He bites and gnaws on her hind legs until she slams him out of sheer frustration. He's still a GIANT ball of energy...Geeg wants to nap and Jem wants a throwdown...and he keeps bugging her until she obliges.
