I just dropped Melvin off at the vet to have his face lift and hernia surgery. Melvin needs the face lift (best way to describe it) because of Entropion. He was to have this surgery earlier but because of his mystery health problems earlier this year  it was put off while  trying to figure out what was causing him pain (without success).    He also has a small hernia that needs repairing. Positive healing thoughts for my guy Melvin. Thanks. Carol

Good luck, Melvin.  Maybe you and Pippin can hang and compare invisible stitches!  Smiley

All the best to Melvin from Winnie and Sasha. Sasha had a face lift and she looks like a much younger version of her former self.

Melvin's home and everything went well. He isn't very happy and has a lot of stitches on his face. Hopefully he doesn't look too much younger with the facelift he's only 3. The vet had to reduce his soft pallet as well as it was too big? Hernia is fixed as well. Hopefully no problems for a very long time.

Melvin is feeling very sorry for himself and not happy with his cone.  Last night he made me feel so guilty that he couldn't sleep on the bed (no jumping allowed)  that I ended up sleeping on the floor with him. So I'm a bit sore today. He was very restless all night but out cold now. Pinky is almost behaving herself now and not humping him as much. Melvin says thanks for all the get well wishes.
