Realize this is early, but wonder if there is any word about Pugoween yet and what location it'll be held at? Won't be able to go to the Island or the swimming event for Pugaulg, so looking ahead to Pugoween. Will there be two Pugoween's again or just one event this year?

Deb, I have Sunday, October 24TH marked on my calendar for Pugoween, but that's from a long time ago so it might change.
And we usually have a second one as well, but I'm not sure on that date, maybe October 31?

Thanks Maureen, I'll make note of the date and keep an eye out for other info. Want to get out to a Pugalug, since I can't make it to the Island or the swimming event.

Since we can't make the July and August Pugalug events, we are looking ahead to anything upcoming. I figured Pugoween would be the next likely event we could go to.  Yes, we try to plan ahead.

We planned too for Pugtoria. I was so excited about going to our first big Pugalug event that we planned for months to make all of the necessary arrangements, making sure that we both got time off from work etc. And it was worth all of the planning and anticipation. The travelling is usually too much to get to Toronto for us with the Pugs so it's wonderful when events are spread around. We would have loved to have gone to the Island on Sunday but Sasha could never have tolerated the heat. Any thoughts of a Pugaween event this year in the east?

We've never been able to make a Pug Island event either, so look forward to everything else around the GTA.

This made me look at my calendar for St. Catharines Pug-a-ween, I have decided to have it on Oct. 17th, with rain date being on Oct. 24th. It will be a outdoor event at our local dog park. Unless I can find another inside location in the area.

As I sit here with the A/C on and imagining how enormous my carbon foot print is this summer, it's hard to even imagine October......

The way time flies Blanche, October will be here in the blink of an eye. I'm also very concerned about the carbon footprint this summer but I know that Sasha would not survive without the A/C being on day and night. We shut it off for two or three hours very early morning and then back on it comes, at least for now until we get a reprieve from the humid heat. I'm praying to the Rain Gods right now. A good rain might clear the air and cool everything down. Believe it or not, the Quinte region often has poor air quality particularly in the summer.

I have to plan ahead for many things, so the Pugalugs are just one more thing.

Will there be any upcoming events at Doggie Central? Will the October events, such as Pugoween be posted soon? Sorry to ask again.

Sorry for all the prompting Mark, but needed to know to try and plan around the dates. Couldn't make the out of town events and we were really looking forward to these upcoming ones. Thanks again!
