Ceasar had his surgery yesterday. It went very well. He had 6 teeth removed and had the rest of his teeth cleaned.
Ceasar had an "body" Xray while he was under sedation. Nothing unusual was found; a bit or arthritis, a bit of calcification.
No medical explanation for the wee head tilt; probably a past episode of senior dog vestibular; it may never happen again - vestibular is unpredictable.
Bumps were biopsied and tested. They are all "good bumps" so he kept them as they are part of his charm.
Ceasar had his nails clipped. We had tried to do it but the quicks are at the very end and would bleed immediately. His ears are also squeaky clean.
By the time we got to the vet, Ceasar was running around looking for food. He had a late dinner/snack when he got home. He is doing excellent. We still can't believe he is twelve years old. He is so full of life and energy; sees and hears well; has a curly tail (unusual for us

); can go up the stairs ..... He is a regular spit fire who is going to make his forever family very happy and proud!
