Click the Youtube button in the button bar (it's the first on in the row just above the smilies).

This will make youtube tags in the document, then you just need to paste the URL of the youtube video in between those two tags.  After you post the video should show up embedded and playable directly in you post.

I've attached a pic that shows an example of this.

Also of note the URL's should be in that type of format (going directly to the single video) and not be the type of URL that goes to a playlist of a user page.  If that confuses you I can find more detailed info for people to be able to get the appropriate link when on youtube Smiley
