On March 9th 2009 I held Koshi-Lin in my arms for the last time and bid farewell to my Heartdog. From the moment Blanche placed her in my arms, she had my heart. Her weeble wresting stories and ARF ARF to voice her displeasure at not being served in a timely fashion, are just two of the many memories I carry. Koshi would ram the other dogs to get to food, the outdoors and her human. She chased birds and rodents from HER yard. Bikes and mere dogs were not permitted on HER road. Koshi loved riding in HER Pug Waggin' as the other dogs walked alongside. She would also ride in a doggy stroller looking ever so regal. I Miss  Bossy Britches.  Koshi's photo and lock of her hair remain on my dresser. I talk to her often and know she is running free of pain and snoopervising over all the wonderful pets who have since crossed the Bridge. I miss you Miss Thang.

Doesn't seem possible that it's been a year.  I will light a memorial candle for one very tough little girl

Here's to you Koshsi and all the love you got in the last years of your life.  I will never forget her commanding yet sweet presence.  She was the Queen of the Belleville pugalugs.
