Please keep good thoughts for my Harley tomorrow as he will be going in for a much needed dental. I hate any surgery for my babies but will worry even more with him being a senior. Thanks!

Piece 'o cake, or maybe something less bad for the teeth, like piece o' carrot?

We're in the pipe for dentals for both my senior pugs.  Belle's infectio nhas cleaned up, so now we are waiting on scheduling.

We're thinking of you guys, though,  any procedure is nerve-racking.

Lots of healing dental thoughts out to you and to Harley--and this is a golden opportunity to get anything else done that might be needed--nail trim, or x-rays.  I try to maximize the anaesthetic trips so that I get as much done as possible without having to re-anaesthetize.  The nail trimming is just an extra that avoids me having to do battle with the dogs that dislike it (Lola)

Harley is fine!!!!
Thank You all for the good thoughts and prayers for my boy!
I miss him so much but I can go see him in a few hrs when he is less groggy!
He lost 9 teeth, but all but 1 were the small ones.
Wonder if he will be more coopeative with teeth brushing now...probably not Sad
And more good news is he is at 26 lbs, his perfect target weight!! And he even managed to walk on the tile floor and get onto the scale without falling over!! Still gonna get him the wheels but today is a good day!!

Julie, that's great to hear all went well. Cheesy
Harley may be more cooperative with his teeth brushing as there's less of them for you to fuss with now.
Good job getting his weight right on!
