Some of you are aware that we welcomed a new litter to the family. One of the puppies was only 2 ounces at birth and "crashed" twice. We named her Faith. We just learned that she has a rather serious heart condition as well. At one pound surgery is not an option. Please send some healing thoughts for the wee Griffon girl registered as "Monkeybiz Keeping the Faith". Koshi adored this wee one and as best she could would snuggle and watch over her.

UPDATE:
Faith is now 2 lbs. and travelled to Alta Vista Pet Hospital in Ottawa. She underwent an echo...it was determined she has a small hole in her heart..she will have it repaired when she is 5 pounds..they will go through the femoral artery...the mortality rate is only 2.4% with this porceedure instead of open heart surgery with a huge risk of clots and bleeding...so we are letting her be a puppy and just waiting for the little miss to grow..
