We received this update for Vincie, from his mommy.

We went to the vet last week to get the Revolution and have a check up so we can start a file at the vet clinic.  He is doing very well.  The vet stated that he is in perfect health.

I'm still walking him 4 or 5 times a day and have lost 2 pant sizes since I got him! He is still so full of energy.  We play fetch and tug-a-war a lot as well as snuggle. I've started crating him because he is so curious that I never know what he'll get into when I'm away.  Thank goodness for the kong toys that we can put peanut butter in as well as the mountain of other things that will keep him occupied!  If he can reach it he will chew it so anything that helps keep my bookshelf corners safe I'll use! All items, books etc are 3 feet from the floor, just as it was in Candace's house, because he can reach everything! For such a short dog he has a loooong reach! Actually, Dave the pug mix on Pugalug sounds a lot like him.  Vincie has the loving side of the pug and the crazy busy side of the jack russell!  He's still chasing his tail in circles, stealing shoes and being just as cute as ever! He makes me laugh all the time.We are in week 6 of puppy school.  Puppy school is the best thing that I could have done, it allows him to socialize and me to learn some very effective tools such as loose leash walking.  We are still working on the nipping when he gets excited but the puppy school has helped with this as well.  He's such a pleasure to have.  Last weekend we had pugalug in St. Catharines and he did so well.  It was a lot of fun.  I can't imagine what I did for fun before I got him!

Thanks again for looking out for us and checking up to make sure he is ok.
