Well the Video Contest is about to kick off........
June 1st is NOW!
Summer fun just around the corner and so is the hot weather!

Our first Prize Package for the June Winning Video is The PetMate Deluxe FreshFlow Water Fountain!
It will come with a package of 3 cleaning brushes, 2 extra filters and a mat to catch slurppy drips Smiley
Believe it or not; I just finished babysitting my friends male and female pug
and they would only drink from their own dish.........
that is, until they took a long cool drink from the fountain and then
there was no going back Wink

I have attached the following links:

Well this is unfortunate;
but I will be pulling the Pugalug Pug's Funniest Summer Video Contest,
due to lack of interest!

Sorry Folks!

I don't think it's lack of interest Lori .. I think it's lack of video cameras and editing ability :(

I think it's probably is lack of equipment and ability.  It certainly is in my case.  And it's a really busy time of year with school ending, people trying to go on holidays, etc.
And coming right around Woofstock, etc, people may just be pooped.

Lori, I think Blanche and Mark are right. I know for me it is lack of equipment and experience. Any videos I have taken in the past have not turned out that well. Photos are a bit easier. It would have been fun to see all the pugs in action though.

I agree it is lack of equipment. I used to have a video camera, but alas it broke and never got it fixed. The only thing I have now is my digital camera which only takes about 10 seconds of video footage. The idea is great though, I love watching those You Tube puggie videos.

My honest opinion?  Let's take a break and do something later in August or September.
I know that I'm worn out and if I happen to take a funny picture, would post it anyway.
Maybe do a "funniest picture from the summer" or "how the pugs spent their vacation".
I know that by July, all the major fund raisers are done and I'm spent and resting up for the fall/winter stuff.

That's just my humble opinion, however.

I would certainly agree with that,

If my life (with everything that has been going on) is so far behind and from what you are saying, Blanche; of yours......................
I think a break is in order.
I'm sure that Members are behind too, from what I hear at work and on the forum a lot of us are behind.
This year has been busy busy with many factors and I agree a break might be in order Smiley
