oh no hilary.  i'm so sorry.  i echo larry's sentiments.  mei-ling was really one of the first pugs i got to know through this forum when i got douglas.  she has helped so many of us find our way through the ins and outs of owning a pug through your expertise hilary.  i'm so so so sorry you have lost your soul-dog.  the way you cared for her and loved her so much really is an inspiration to me (i know that sounds cliche but it's true).  i also like to think of her at the bridge, running around without any restrictions, with daisy-bo at her side.  i'm going on a day-long motorcycle ride today through beautiful countryside.  i'll think of mei-ling.

We our so sorry for your loss. We met Mei-Ling at our first official Pugalug event, the Snort and Swim, and we knew she was a special lady. Our thoughts are with you and your family.

Hilary, she couldn't have asked for any better than you and Bryan.  Just know she's in good company and running free with the others that were there to greet her.

Hilary,
I am so sorry to hear about Mei-Ling.  Your heart must be broken.  Like all of your little ones she had a great home and life.  Thinking of you, Brian and the furbabies.

Hearfelt condolences Hilary. A beautiful tribute to Mei Ling.  It's diffcult to let go of our beloved pugs, but often it's the greatest gift we can give our faithful, furry companions.  A candle will be lit for Mei Ling.
