I found a recipe on here and I thank the donor profusley Pug Muffins: Mix in a large bowl: 2 cups br. rice flour 1 tsp. baking pwdr 1 cup grated cheddar cheese 1 cup grated carrot, zucchini and yams Mix in a small bowl then combine with above: 2 lg eggs 1 cup yogurt 1/4 cup olive oil Mix together thoroughly and if the rice flour seems a bit stiff add 1 tblsp. approx of milk. Drop into mini muffin cups, about 1/2 to 3/4 full. [attachment=2:1nwqoq7z]100_0410.jpg[/attachment:1nwqoq7z] Bake at 350*F for approx 18-20 min's (rice flour doesn't take as long as reg. flour to bake) Yields about 62-64 mini Pug muffins The second batch I made as follows: PugMuffin Veggie style: Mix in a large bowl: 1 2/3 cups br. rice flour 1/3 cup chick pea flour 1tsp. baking pwdr 2 cup grated carrot, zucchini and yams follow the same steps as above in the first recipe! and now for the rave reviews http://s579.photobucket.com/albums/ss23 ... 837dbe.flv

Those two boys of yours are a hoot! Hmmm, let me see....how long did Pugman carry on, as soon as I got home and started bringing out the cheese and yogurt for the recipe soooo about 2 hours. I'm used to it, that rascal may not see well but he darn knows when something good is around to eat, they say other senses heighten when one is gone, why did it have to be his sense of smell  he's a pure born thief that one

Lori, your video is too dark on my computer so I couldn't get a good visual but I can hear Pugsley loud and clear... his Pug Muffin Song reminds me of "The Little Engine That Could"!
The muffins sound d'lish!

I had to laugh Lori - the girls here get excited - Winnie spins in circles and cries for treats but old Bugz is like the pugman - woohoos, foot stomps and generally is demanding - right down to grabbing pant legs and pulling trying to get you to "respond to HIS needs" ..... I had to laugh must be a guy thing...
very cute I am still chuckling

Hi, rice flour and chick pea flour can be bought at any "bulk" place, like Bulk Barn Let me know if you try them and what the outcome is
