March 20th is Tank's Gotcha Day--or more accurately, it's his "the family caves in like cheap suitcases" day.
He's a joy and a pleasure and one of nature's noblemen.

He is certainly charming. And you have to love a dog who can even learn a new trick at age 9 taught to him by intoxicated teenagers.....(my son and friends apparently decided to teach Tank tricks during a beer fueled evening....)

LOL Lori. Tank didn't get any beer, fortunately. the teens, even when "altered" know not feed Tank anything that isn't approved. I noticed the other day that he was shaking a paw for a treat. I yelled down to Tucker that Tank knew how to shake a paw and Tucker said that he and his buddies had taught Tank that trick. He said (and I quote): Yeah, we were a bit beered up and decided to teach Tank tricks.......
No wonder the guy put on weight over the winter. Lord knows how many treats he got loaded into him by the tipsy teens while learning new tricks.
