On behalf of Nick and our beloved friends, I would like to ask for candles to be lit for Charlie who has left us after 14 years.

Charlie was a Lab x GSD and the sweetest and most gentle of souls.  He had nothing but kindness for everyone he met and helped to heal his rescue sisters - Sadie whom he helped to teach to trust people; and Daisy who he was so patient with through her endless puppy days.  He was also a gentle and benevolent protector and friend to his girl Molly whom he always watched over.  Some people said he wasn't very bright but he made up for it with such a giving heart.  Even when he had trouble climbing stairs and getting around he always made sure his people were ok, and always greeted his friends with all the joy he could muster.

We will miss you Chulu, even when you'd pee on Nick's feet in excitement to see us.

Rest easy now sweet Charlie.  We know you went in peace and contentment cradled by your girl.  Sadie will join you soon at the Bridge to wait for the rest of us so try to be patient.

Love Always,

Mike & Tricia, Les & Andrea, Anna & Nick, Jeanne, and most and always your girl, Molly.

He had a long and happy life and left this world with his favourite person there to hold him so we're all focusing on that.

It has been a bad week for our family of friends, that's for sure.
