Tomorrow morning Nikko is going in to have a lump removed. Everything in me said MCT and Dr. Z also said those 3 letters. Although we won't know 100% until the results come back I'll be surprised if it's anything other than that and so will Dr. Z. I've been through it 3 times before with Wednesday. He is getting ketamine and valium so he'll only be out 20 minutes and is able to eat breakfast and get his insulin as usual since it doesn't stimulate the gag reflex. This is a huge relief since I really don't know at this point how he would have faired if we had to put him under. He will be very carefully monitored and watched, so if you can send good thoughts his way tomorrow, I'd appreciate it. This poor boy sure has had a rough go of it lately. |

Sending positve thoughts for Nikko tomorrow morning. He has had such a bad time, it breaks my heart. Diabetes is bad enough he doesn't need any other complications. He looks like such a sweet soul. I have a soft spot for him, I am living the diabetes nightmare with my 11 year old son.
