You guys are amazing.  On several occasions I have put out the call for a transport, pug or otherwise, and some of you just keep giving of yourselves.  I feel so privileged to work with you.

On Monday I put out a call to have Newton picked up and brought back to his foster home in Toronto.  Within minutes, Darwinsmum volunteered to go that afternoon and do the whole trip.  A couple of others volunteered shortly afterwards.

A couple of weeks ago, we had pugs coming in from Ottawa and from Kansas and the timing of the transports was very problematic as we tried to coordinate not only these two transports but also with a couple of all-breed transports.  The Pugalug drivers were amazing in their understanding of the constantly changing logistics and in their flexibility in meeting them.

On a fairly regular basis I forward transport requests for Rescuing Dogs in Canada to our transport team, and our volunteers frequently step up and offer to do a leg.

I just want you all (and everyone else) to know I really appreciate your efforts and thank you so much.

As a frequent transporter myself I thank you and the other organizers who make these possible.  I know it can be a hard task to organize, not always do things go smoothly but the most important thing is that these dogs get to where they need to go and we do just that!
I feel lucky to be part of this, to help these little guys/girls is very heart warming. And with all the crap going on in the world today we can all use some of that,.
So Hilary, Cheryl and the many others, I thank you!
You both are doing a great job, keep it up!
